Wolle I think player must have high ping for the long time (in actual config) and then is auto-kicked.
If player's ping is non-stable 80~250 (when max ping on server is 200ms, right?) and hes not kicked - the CVARS are bad configured (too long checking time by plugin).
If this plugin name is HPK (High Pink Kicker) - time of checking player is possible to set in CVARS...
Checking time should be shorter.
But Im not 100% sure.

Yeah, every player should set up good rates...
But many people cheat and set (specially) the wrong rates to be hard to kill
I saw maaaany players on CScream server with normal ping but wrong rates (fake lags)

sorry I had not read the topic but players with a ping of over 200 are automatically kicked the plug but if it rises to 250 and it immediately goes down to 100 for example I think it is not kicked

Oui c'est bien high_ping_kicker le plugin. Il était configurer comme ceci:

Surely it's unfair for him too. Surely he wouldn't want to have high ping. Some people doesn't even know they can configure the game, doesn't even what the config.cfg is. But they aren't stupid, as you tell it. You should explain things to people who may doesn't know rather than blame on it.

Remember one thing : before you know a thing, how can you definite yourself ? Like a newbie. Everyone is a newbie in many domains and it's totally normal.

CSCREAM is a fun, helpful and mutual aid community. It also is a free game server provided by altruistic people, not a commercial game where everything must be perfect. Don't forget it.

According to you, admins who don't do anything are useless and don't deserve this title. Admins are players who have rights to configure some things on server and forum. But it doesn't mean each admin knows everything, it doesn't mean each admin is almighty. They are first players who just want to have good time playing with other people.

Telling that, the only thing you may win is a bad impression from us. You can tell thing, but there are different ways to tell it.

Players can be informed about the possibility for improving ping through changes in the configuration of CS.
Bad internet connection IS NOT Only a reason of high ping... Rates are very important.

Maybe players should be informed about this by messages in chat... something like:
